Drawing for Beginners Workshop

This is a 'Taster' workshop for those wishing to learn to paint in watercolour. It is aimed a complete beginners.

Throughout the day you will get a taste of activities and topics covered on the beginners watercolour course.

Watercolour equipment and its uses including brush control skills,understanding the qualities of the paint and its behavior and many more techniques.

Creating basic washes, Wet on wet, wet on dry and soft edges, easy colour mixing. You will learn how to paint skies, clouds, water, reflection, trees,foliage, buildings.

We will bring all these elements together in the afternoon session and create a landscape painting.

This is a full day workshop from 10.30am until 4.30pm.

Relaxed friendly environment with a maximum of 6 people for greater degree of one to one attention

Limited equipment is provided.

Lunch and refreshments are included.
