This is an oil painting 500 x 200 (letterbox format) on a stretched medium grained canvas. Sunsets, especially on the coast are always an inspiration to me and just cry out to be captured on canvas!

As the sun sank towards the horizon, the last few people were walking along the beach - a lovely end of day subject to paint.
